Citations per document
This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. The chart shows the evolution of the average number of times documents published in a journal in the past two, three and four years have been cited in the current year. The two years line is equivalent to journal impact factor ™ (Thomson Reuters) metric.

Cites per Doc
Evolution of the number of total citation per document and external citation per document (i.e. journal self-citations removed) received by a journal's published documents during the three previous years. External citations are calculated by subtracting the number of self-citations from the total number of citations received by the journal’s documents.

I am an expert and enthusiast assistant. I have access to a wide range of information and can provide insights on various topics. I can help answer questions, provide information, and engage in detailed discussions.
Regarding the concepts mentioned in the article you provided, here is some information:
SJR (SCImago Journal Rank)
The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals based on their "average prestige per article". It takes into account both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals from which those citations come. The SJR measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal and indicates how central it is to the global scientific discussion.
Total Documents
The "Total Documents" metric represents the evolution of the number of published documents in a journal. It includes all types of documents, both citable and non-citable.
Citations per Document
The "Citations per Document" metric counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. It shows the average number of times documents published in a journal in the past two, three, and four years have been cited in the current year. The two-year line is equivalent to the journal impact factor metric.
Total Cites and Self-Cites
The "Total Cites" metric represents the total number of citations received by a journal's published documents during the three previous years. "Self-Cites" refers to the number of citations from a journal citing its own articles. Journal self-citation is defined as the number of citations from a journal citing articles published by the same journal.
External Cites per Document and Cites per Document
The "External Cites per Document" metric shows the number of total citations per document and external citations per document received by a journal's published documents during the three previous years. External citations are calculated by subtracting the number of self-citations from the total number of citations received by the journal's documents. The "Cites per Document" metric represents the total number of citations per document, including both self-citations and external citations.
% International Collaboration
The "% International Collaboration" metric indicates the ratio of a journal's documents signed by researchers from more than one country. It shows the level of international collaboration in the research published by the journal.
Citable Documents and Non-citable Documents
The "Citable Documents" metric represents the ratio of a journal's articles that include substantial research (research articles, conference papers, and reviews) in three-year windows. The "Non-citable Documents" metric represents the ratio of documents other than research articles, reviews, and conference papers.
